You can purchase a Memories Wedding Gown Preservation kit online now or from one of our Authorized Dealers. Simply contact us to find an Authorized Dealer near you. Your kit will include a shipping box, label, and materials. Follow the simple instructions included in the package to send us your gown.
No, we complete all of the cleaning for you.
Our professionals evaluate every gown and determine the best gown cleaning method for each. We use an earth-friendly cleaning solution that’s better for the environment than traditional dry cleaning methods. Our cleaning will leave your gown bright and soft to the touch without that “dry-cleaning” smell.
Your preserved wedding dress and veil is positioned in front of the window. If you wish to include other items for preservation, they will be placed at the bottom of the window or underneath the dress.
Accessories that can be included as part of the Memories Wedding Gown Preservation kit are your veil, detachable train, gloves, handkerchief, shawl, jacket, cape, duster, small purse, money bag, ring pillow, garter, scarf, and/or hat. Additional fees may apply.
We have a highly trained staff that can handle most repairs for a nominal fee. Please contact us if you would like a repair quote.
Be sure not to lose your UPS tracking number provided with the pre-paid shipping label in your package. Visit the UPS Web site to track your shipment and confirm delivery. If you would like an e-mail confirmation, please include your e-mail address and you will be notified when your package is in the tracking system. Continue to check the UPS tracking site to confirm delivery in case you do not receive an e-mail confirmation. You may also call 1-866-492-4696 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday, or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
From the date Memories Wedding Gown Preservation receives your shipment, you can expect the return of your gown within 2-4 weeks via UPS Ground Delivery.
Memories Wedding Gown Preservation guarantees that your gown will never yellow. If your gown happens to yellow, we will restore it at no charge.
Keep your gown away from heat or sunlight and store it in a cool dry place. Plastic bags will emit fumes and cause your dress to yellow. Keep in mind that silk yellows more than nylon or other synthetic fabrics.
Personalization cost’s an additional $20 per box and will be portrayed with vinyl lettering on the front of the gown chest! To specify the personalization message you want on your gown chest, simply purchase the personalization option and fill out the online form. Notice: We must have your personalization message and payment method within 24 hours of the receipt of your gown or we will NOT be able to add it to your chest
Damaging factors are, but aren’t limited to mildew and mold, permanent creasing, oxidation, improper storage, dirt, dust, light, and oils from your hands. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before handling your dress.
Stains are inevitable no matter how hard you try to protect your wedding dress during the big day. Your sweeping dress is victim to stains from the environment and uncontrollable moments during the reception when you wind up wearing your food and drink. Part of our wedding gown dry cleaning process is to remove stains from dirt, blood, tar, grass, mud, cake, icing, alcoholic beverages, and soda.
Perchlorethylene, better known as perc, is a colorless fluid most often used in the dry cleaning industry. It can cause environmental and serious health problems depending on the amount of exposure. Memories Wedding Gown Preservation uses perc-free solutions to clean your wedding dress.

The liability policy limits Memories Gown Preservations maximum liability for loss or damage to each wedding gown, shall not exceed the lesser of:
– the declared value on the Memories Gown Preservation order form;
– the purchase price paid by the Consignee (where the shipped property has been sold to the Consignee);
– the actual cost of the damaged or lost property;
– the replacement cost of the property at the time and place of loss or damage; or
– the cost of repairing the damaged property.
Sentimental value by reason of attachments that people develop to articles they own cannot be assigned a monetary worth, so MemoriesGP rules this out as a valid consideration in assigning a declared value or replacement cost.
